Thonier mixte à sa naissance, Etoile Molène est un dundee thonier construit au chantier Tertu de Camaret en 1954. Il se consacre alternativement à la pêche au thon dans le Golfe de Gascogne et au chalutage en Irlande. Entièrement restauré, sa capacité d'accueil est de 28 personnes à la journée, 20 en croisière. Long de 35 mètres hors tout, il porte jusqu’à 420 m2 de toile et déplace 125 tonnes pour un tirant d’eau de 3,80 mètres.

Construit en 1914, Etoile Polaire est un yacht classique réalisé au chantier allemand Abeking et Rasmussen. Restauré en 2003 au chantier du Guip à Brest, ce ketch aurique est un fin régatier, aux entrées d'eau fine et bon marcheur.
Un navire capable d'accueillir 28 personnes à la journée, 14 en croisière. Long de 33 mètres hors tout, il porte jusqu’à 350 m2 de toile et déplace 85 tonnes pour un tirant d’eau de 3,20 mètres.
